Digital Wellness Resources
Digital Wellness Resources
In the Pleasantville Schools, we believe technology should earn its place in our students' lives, and digital wellness has become a steady focus of our work with families and staff. The provided resources come from respected pediatric, psychological, and education organizations, and they speak to the questions parents ask us most: how much screen time is healthy, how does social media affects young people, and how do we help build balanced, intentional habits at home. We share the same research-backed information that informs our own decisions because none of this work happens at school alone. When families and educators use a common language about healthy technology use, students are far better prepared to make thoughtful choices with the devices and tools in front of them. We hope these links offer a helpful starting point for conversations in your own home.
