The Human Resources Department supports the district by overseeing all aspects of employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention. The department is responsible for administering employee contracts, benefits, certifications, and personnel records, as well as coordinating payroll-related employment actions, leaves and absences, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. In addition, Human Resources staff provide guidance and support to employees and administrators on policies, procedures, professional development, and labor relations to ensure a positive, compliant, and effective working environment.
