Dignity for All Students (DASA)

A Safe and Supportive Educational Environment

In addition to maintaining high standards of education for our students, the District and Board of Education are committed to providing an educational environment that promotes respect, dignity, and equality in accordance with New York State's Dignity for All Students Act (DASA). No student shall be treated differently or unfairly because of actual and/or perceived differences. This includes saying hurtful words and/or doing hurtful things either in person, on a computer, or in any other way. Students who feel uncomfortable and/or unsafe because of the words or actions of others should immediately speak with a teacher, administrator, coach, or other adult.

To report an incident, fill in the requested information on the form linked below and then download and print the completed form; deliver to the appropriate DASA coordinator.
