The Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) grants members of the public access to the records of the District in accordance with its provisions. Public records will be made available for inspection and copying in the District Office. FOIL requests are to be submitted in writing to:

A FOIL request also can be made by completing a FOIL Request Form online; or download, print, complete and submit to the Records Access Officer at the address above.

Members of the public have the right to appeal a denial of access to records. Such appeal should be submitted in writing to:
