PreKindergarten Students

Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old on or before December 1, 2026, in order to be eligible for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pre-K registration for the 2026-27 school year will run from December 29, 2025 to January 23, 2026.

1. Complete online and submit: 
   • UPK Registration
2. Please e-mail the following documents to brsregistration@pleasantvilleschools.org:
   • (You may also fax, mail, or bring them to the Bedford Road School Main Office)
   • Proof of Birth (Original Birth Certificate with raised seal or Passport will need to be provided in person at a later date if digital copy is sent)
   • Proof of Residency
     • Landlord Affidavit
     • Tenant Affidavit
     • Third-Party Affidavit
   • Home Language Questionnaire: English / Spanish
   • Health Examination Form
   • Health History Form (must include immunization record)
   • Dental Health Certificate (optional, but recommended)
   • Recent Photo
3. If Applicable
   • Confidentiality & Publicity (FERPA)
   • ​​​​​​​Foster Child Notification
   • Other Health Information and Forms: Immunization requirements, forms needed if applicable, and health-related policies
   • Special Education Release of Information
